Hi friends, we creating a new free barcode scanner apps for android to help you manage your item’s stock. There’s a lot of scanner apps in google playstore, and some of them is good. They can scan any barcode (just like our apps). But our apps have some important feature, that makes our apps different from the rest of other barcode scanner. We included the stock inventory management system, so you can track your item’s stock with our apps.
In this article, i’m gonna show you how easy to make a new barcode, and tracking all your inventory’s stock. This apps is free, so you can use for free, without any cost or any subscription.
Why you need a barcode scanner?
There are some reason you need a barcode scanner apps. Maybe you have difficulties in tracking your inventory’s stock. You need some way to track it, and save your time and energy to do the others important things. With our barcode apps, just take a second to input your items into the system, check the inventory’s stock, status of your items, etc. You can focus in others things. In this article i’m gonna show you easy step to make your day more easier. Just takes around 5 minutes to master it 🙂
Maybe there’s two scenario when you first time using barcode scanner apps. First one is to create a barcode from your existing items that didn’t have any barcode. With our barcode scanner apps, you just need to click on Items menu, and click the new button (plus button on the bottom). From here, you just need to fill out the form. Enter code number of words in barcode field. It can be a sequence of number, words, or combine of letter and number, as long as unique for each items. You can enter the others field like name, description, and stock number. Press submit, and your new barcode is ready.
Second scenario is you already have existing item with barcode on it. All you need to do is press Scan button in the apps, and it will save the barcode automatically. You can track the stock, increase or decrease the stock value, or search item with barcode.
If you tap the item, you can see two barcode image. Barcode scanner apps generate QR code and barcode. You can save it into your gallery for later use, send it, or print into a label.
Barcode make search for items more faster, track your stock more easy, and save your time and money.
Another important things is to track in / out of your stock. You know when the stock goes in and out into your warehouse. With our barcode scanner apps, we have feature to enter quantity of stock that goes in and out, with notes on it. Everything is being tracked.
